Strain of the interspinal ligament
Advice:
The interspinal ligament is a ligament between the spines of two vertebrae, a structure like an ankle ligament.
A strain of this ligament is a little bit like straining your ankle. While resting it does not hurt, but if you are active (bending forward) it hurts.
The pain lasts usually 2-6 weeks. Try to avoid movements that hurt. Do not use painkillers: by supressing the pain you are going to make movements that would hurt otherwise and you are again straining the ligament.
